M11 Industries is a trailblazer in the renewable energy sector, leading the way in producing premium biodiesel from Used Cooking Oil (UCO) sourced from both the food industry and households. This state-of-the-art facility, spanning over 100 acres in Coastal Karnataka, proudly stands as India’s largest biodiesel manufacturing unit.
The plant configuration includes:
- 600 TPD Physical Refinery Plant
- 450 TPD Biodiesel Unit Plant with Olein Drying Unit
- 450 TPD Methyl Ester Distillation Plant
- 100 TPD Glycerine Distillation Plant
- 150 TPD Esterification Plant
- 450 TPD Cold Clarification Plant
